The night the Tequila Sunrise made Rock 'n' Roll history
Counter culture was on the wane and the Seventies were beginning. The Rolling Stones' 1972 North American Tour became rock’s most glittering moment, a tour on a scale that had never before been attempted. With 48 sold out shows, it turned into the greatest extended party of all time, a once-in-a-lifetime bash at which both the famous and the infamous were all invited guests.
It was an exclusive after party for the band, their friends and tourmates, and a few lucky locals. Little did they know, this legendary night would leave its mark on rock n' roll history forever.
