INGREDIENTS

1.5 oz Jose Cuervo Tradicional Tequila Reposado**

.5 oz Jose Cuervo Tradicional Tequila Plata Infused with Dry Morita Chili Pepper and Mexican Cinnamon*

.75 oz Pineapple Purée

.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice

.5 oz Organic Sugar Cane Simple Syrup

.25 oz Organic Agave Nectar Syrup

Sprig of Cilantro

Garnish: Sprig of Cilantro, Dry Pineapple Wheel, and Dry Morita Chili Pepper

PREPARATION – COCKTAIL

Add all of the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a sprig of cilantro, a dry pineapple wheel, and dry morita chili pepper.

PREPARATION – JOSE CUERVO TRADICIONAL TEQUILA PLATA INFUSED WITH DRY MORITA CHILI PEPPER AND MEXICAN CINNAMON

Infuse 2 cinnamon sticks and 3 dry Morita chili peppers with 500 ml of tequila for 1 hour. Strain and use. Alternatively, you can swap for chili liqueur.
