Tequila Manzana

INGREDIENTS

1 oz Cuervo^® Tradicional^® Plata*

.5 oz fresh lime juice

.25 oz agave syrup

1 oz apple juice

GARNISH

Raw sugar

Rock salt

Ground cinnamon

Lime wedge

Cinnamon sticks

Apple slice

PREPARATION

Run a lime wedge along the rim of a rocks glass, then dip into the mixture of raw sugar, rock salt and cinnamon. Fill the glass with ice and set aside. Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and apple slice.
