The Marigold


2 oz Jose Cuervo Tradicional Reposado*

2 oz Lime juice

1 oz Sweet potato purée 

1 oz Mango purée 

1 Egg white**

Dash of smoked paprika 



Add all ingredients to a tin. Dry shake. Add ice and shake and strain into coupe glass. Sprinkle smoked paprika onto foam. Add orange zest.
