    • 3/4 oz Amaro (like Cynar or Averna)
    • 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth

    Preparation

      Combine ingredients into a stirring vessel with ice.

      Stir for 10 seconds until chilled.

      Pour over a large rock.

      Garnish with an expressed orange peel.
