  On a metal or glass plate, light a cinnamon stick on fire and place the rocks glass (rim side down) over the cinnamon stick to extinguish the stick and obtain the smoke.

  In a shaker, lightly muddle the jalapeño slices and add in ingredients with ice. Shake for 7-10 seconds.

  Turn the smoked filled glass over and strain the drink into the glass. Add fresh ice and garnish with a jalapeño. Salud!
